Summary

The summit of Shinkun West was climbed on 5th August by  six members with two Sherpas of the team. They followed the east ridge. This peak is situated near the well-known Shinkun pass (Shingo la) on way from Lahaul to Zanskar. The team had to spent several days waiting due to uncertain weather.
